My weekly CelebrityLook Book - 26th July 2015

II'm not a huge fan of the term 'plus size,' so I will try not to use it.

This week, I will be showing you guys the looks and outfits worn by celebrities in the last seven days that I really liked and would potentially wear. I wanted to do seven looks for seven days but I couldn't narrow it down. They aren't listed in any particular order, just which pictures came up first in my library.

Let me know your opinions in the comments below

The forever gorgeous, never aging Jennifer Lopez ROCKED THIS DRESS! Would you believe this woman is 46?!  I hope I look this good when I'm 46

Tammy Rivera-Malphurs, wife of Waka Flocka Flame, looks casual and effortlessly gorgeous in this outfit. Perfect for a night out woth the girls, a drink with friends, going to the club, going to the park or a barbeque on a warm summers' evening or even just a simple everyday outfit.

Reality star and urban model, Draya Michele looks smolderingly hot in this two piece bikini from her Mint Swim line. The nude colour peefectly compliments her skin tone, from afar giving the illusion that she is completely nude. She oozes sex appeal in this number. The bikini is quite a simple one, not too much detail so perfect for those who do not want to stand out by the beach pr the pool.

This  full length playsuit is perfect for women with a slimmer figure, and for those with no lumps and bumps. A classy look which shows a nice amount of cleavage without becoming raunchy or too revealing. Worn by Draya Michele to a fashion show., so perfect for an evening out on the town.

Singer Chrisette Michele looks amazing in this glittery dress. The tattoos on her arms and legs actually go well with the dress and don't make her look trashy, which can often happen. A perfect look for a night out and the shoes match well.

R&B/Soul legend Faith Evans, looks ready to party in this dress. This is something I'd wear on a night out as I don't really like my arms and I prefer to show my legs. The shoes compliment the dress well and this look is simple enough to go straight from the stage to the dancefloor.

Emily Bustamante,  longime girlfriend of rapper Fabolous, does not look like she gave birth just seven weeks ago. There were some whispers that she potentially had a tummy tuck after giving birth to her third child, but if she has it definitely suits her. I love the hairband around the head look with a curly hairdo. I'm loving the full length cardigan and denim shorts look, too.

Emily B again, rocking denim hotpants. I don't know the name of this style of top but I love it when women wear these tops with some shorts underneath and she has matched it well with a pair of heels, but this outfit could also be worn with trainers, sandals or flats.

Last but not least, Keyshia Cole. I love the bold green hair, this is one thing I've always liked about Keyshia - her hairstyles. The green suits her skin tone very well and her make up looks #FLAWLESS! Loving the casual jacket and jeans look on her, perfect for everyday wear or even an impromptu night out!

Let me know what you guys thought of these looks, and if you have any questions let me know in a comment.

"Friends"

Over the last few years, I've noticed that the people you are there for the most  are never there for you.

I've had a lot of people I thought were my friends stab me in the back and then try and accuse me.of being bad to them when all I ever did was be there for them, support them, love them, lend them money, buy them food, pay their bills, go with them to places they didn't want to go to alone... And this is the thanks I get?

It makes me want to be mean to people coz it seems when I'm good to people it just gets thrown back in my face so it's like why do I even bother?

I'm just venting but it seems that the older I get, the harder it is to find and keep real friends.

Everyone just seems so fake and opportunistic.

People like to have selective amnesia and act like you never did anything for them when really it is the other way around.

But it is what it is.

Where is her self respect?

So I've been reading the autobiography of Faith Evans recently,  and one thought has come to mind while reading her account of her husband's affair with Lil Kim - didn't she have any respect for herself?

I don't understand how a woman can be content playing the role of 'side chick'. Don't you want a man that you can call your own? A man that you don't get little scraps of time with, who comes home to you at night? Someone that you're not just a 4am booty call to?

I know Lil Kim isn't the only woman happy to play this position but it's so pitiful, as a woman you should know you deserve better than to just be the number 2 woman in a man's life. And in her case, Lil Kim was the side chick to the wife (Faith Evans) AND the mistress (Tiffany AKA the rapper Charli Baltimore). She wasn't even number two, she was number THREE!

I will never understand women like this, is being with a man that important that you disgrace yourself and act like you have no morals? The women that knowingly do this shit don't even deserve the title of "woman"

I could never be that girl, happy to play the side chick.  I'm either number one and  the one and.only or nothing at all.

When a woman's fed up

Fed up

I don't understand why people are always trying to change each other to suit what they want. If someone didn't tick your boxes when you met them then clearly they weren't right for the job. Or if they've been a certain way since you met them why think they will change for you?

Most people are set in their ways and are reluctant to change and I don't blame them. But if you know you can't give me what I need and I cant give you what you want then why continue pretending?

BE REAL WITH YOURSELF. KBOW YOUR LIMITS AND ABILITIES.

Kim K 'Paper Magazine' photos - my opinion

Okay...
So we all know Kim Kardashian is a beautiful, sexy, attractive woman.. But does she need to constantly flaunt this in the rest of our not-so-petfect faces?
And at this point in her 'career' I would've thought she'd have branched out and found a new "talent" other than parading around naked or in skimpy clothing.
I'm not  hating, don't get me wrong. I already said I think she's a good looking woman, I just think especially now that she is a wife and mother she needs to learn the art of modesty and humility when it comes to things like this.
One day, North is gonna have an iPhone or iPad or whatever and out of curiosity she's gonna type in her mum's name and a bunch of nude/semi-nude images will come up.. And a sex tape.
Maybe she doesn't care about that, but I personally would think twice before doing things like this if I was a mother, let alone someones wife!
But hey, each to their own, I just think she should cover up a bit, especially since at one point she kept saying she didn't wanna be known only for taking her clothes off... Well, she's doing a really good job of stopping that from happening....

Population Control or just coincidence?

We are currently living in a world plagued by illness, suffering, sorrow and deceit.

This week, two public figures lost their battle with cancer (Lynda Bellingham and Joanne Borgella)  and I'm sure there are probably hundreds - if not more -  that also met the same fate recently. Now I'm not a scientist but I think it is a little odd that after all this time there is still not a cure for cancer, but rather there are some treatments carried out which can both reduce and kill the cancer, as well as methods to lower the risk of re-occurance.

As I said, I'm not a scientist but there a few charities and annual charitable events which are supposedly donating money to the cause and to research into a cure but is the money really going to the necessary source if after all these years we still don't seem to be any closer to a cure for this horrendous illness. Cancer is responsible for the loss of SO many lives per year but unfortunately there is still no curative procedure for it.

Onto the next illness that is also currently claiming many lives - the ever controversial 'Ebola Virus.'

Therr are many conspiracy theories surrounding the new and sudden onset of this virus, many of which involve potential population control and the  eradication of Africans.

Maybe it's because I am a young black woman but I do believe that this is possibly the case - the USA are trying to eliminate the threat posed by the idea of what could happen if all (or a lot) of the African nations were to unite. We would potentially be the most powerful and richest continent in the world. Obviously this is a threat to the USA because they are currently known as the most powerful country in the world and are notorious for invading countries to eliminate leaders and kill dozens of innocent people.

But they don't seem to be exactly denying that they could be responsible for this new outbreak of Ebola. This strain of the virus  is said to be a lot more powerful, killing more people than before and harder to cure. The USA  currently own a patent on a cure for Ebola which could also offer another explanation as to why they created and spread this virus. If suddenly a number of African nations will be struck with this disease and the only place to look to for and obtain a cure is in America then of course this benefits them, they will profit from the sudden need for this drug and of course they will soon be laughing all the way to the bank. I mean, am I the only person that from the start found it weird that they were taking any infected Americans back to America (the place where the cure was created and is being kept) but they seem to not be offering any assistance to the many afflicted Africans, and ratherm than sending in medical professionals, they sent in troops to help out.

Now for my final topic, something which I only recently found out about. Depo-Provera, aka the contraceptive injection, is highly linked to breast cancer, and is thought to be responsible for high levels of infertility amongst women today, especially amongst black women.

I'm not stupid, I realise every medication has its side effects and so on and so forth,  but this is not something the nurses and doctors are so quick to tell us. The injection was apparently tested upon many Zimbabwean women years ago and got the desired effect - infertility.  This leads back to the idea of population control and the eradication of Africans people. If African  women can't  conceive then Africans will be no more.

Sure, the injection is effective but how effective?  And for those who don't believe me, read the following article and tell me if one word doesn't come to mind *Holocaust* http://www.blackisbackcoalition.org/2013/09/14/depo-provera-deadly-violence-against-women/

As a graduate of Sociology and Psychology,  I am well aware of how the eugenics movement worked during the Holocaust and one can't help but to wonder if this is what is going on again.

Are people trying to 'cleanse' the world  in order to create the perfect society?

Call me a cynic, a conspiracist, a hypochondriac, even gullible if you want but I personally don't doubt any of this is true..  As for cancer not currently having a cure who knows why that is but it could also be linked back to this. It is a known fact that when black women get breast cancer they tend to get a more aggressive form of it and the fatality rate is higher amongst black women than white women.

Hey, I'm just saying.

What a world we live in!

When love is not enough

You give away the most precious diamond you own

But to some it's just a worthless stone.

Your love is nothing to them because they just don't care. They don't notice when you aren't there

Sometimes you can give everything to a person but it's just not enough

Why is love so tough?
